Dedicated nurse case managers

Once you are enrolled in KIMMTRAK CONNECT®, a dedicated nurse case manager who is oncology-focused will be matched to you by geographic region. Your nurse case manager will help identify resources and services that are available near you and will guide you through the support offerings provided by KIMMTRAK CONNECT. In addition, your nurse case manager will offer educational support—answering any questions that you or your loved ones may have about KIMMTRAK or mUM.

In a more than decade-long nursing journey, I have practiced and served oncology patients in multiple areas and capacities within hospital and clinical settings. These include emergency/trauma department nursing, infusion, surgical services, and case management for medically fragile children in an academic setting. Rare diseases are one of my passions, and I am grateful to be included in a team that helps educate, empower, and support patients in their fight against them. Learning individual stories and advocating for oncology patients are also personally near to my heart, and I am proud to serve this community as a nurse case manager with KIMMTRAK CONNECT. In my free time, I enjoy time with family, caring for my houseplants and three pets, and various sports, especially football.

KIMMTRAK CONNECT Co-pay Support Program Terms and Conditions

To receive benefits under the KIMMTRAK CONNECT Co-pay Support Program (“Program”), the patient must enroll into the Program and attest the patient meets the eligibility criteria and agrees to and will comply with the terms and conditions described below:

  • Patient must be prescribed KIMMTRAK for an FDA-approved indication, be 18 years of age or older, and be a resident of the United States or Puerto Rico. Patient must have commercial health insurance, but insurance does not cover the full cost of KIMMTRAK.
  • Program expires on December 31, 2025, and is subject to an annual cap of $8,000. Patient is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or amounts exceeding the annual cap.
  • Program is not valid for patients without commercial health insurance or whose prescription claims for KIMMTRAK are eligible to be reimbursed, in whole or in part, by any governmental program, including, without limitation, Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Part D, Medigap, Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), TRICARE, CHAMPUS, Puerto Rico Government Health Insurance Plan, or any state patient or pharmaceutical assistance program.
  • Subject to changes in state law, the Program may become invalid for Massachusetts residents prior to its expiration date.
  • Program benefits are limited to the co-pay or coinsurance costs for doses of KIMMTRAK only. The Program will not cover, and shall not be applied toward, the cost of any dosing procedure, any other healthcare provider service or supply charges, any other treatment costs such as office visits or administration charges, or any costs associated with a hospital stay even if such costs are associated with the administration of KIMMTRAK.
  • Patient or healthcare provider must submit an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from the patient’s insurance within 180 days from the date of the EOB. The EOB must include the name of the patient receiving the co-pay/coinsurance benefit, name of the insurer and plan, and that KIMMTRAK was the product administered.
  • Patients, pharmacists, and healthcare providers must not seek reimbursement from health insurance or any third party for any part of the benefit received by the patient through this Program. Patients must not seek reimbursement from any health savings, flexible spending, or other healthcare reimbursement accounts for the amount received from the Program.
  • Acceptance of this offer confirms that this offer is consistent with the patient’s insurance and that the patient will report the value of the Program benefit received as may be required by the patient’s insurance provider.
  • This offer is not valid with any other financial support program, patient assistance program (PAP), discount, discount card, cash discount card, free trial, coupon, or incentive involving KIMMTRAK.
  • Participation in the Program requires a valid patient HIPAA authorization.
  • Only valid in the United States and Puerto Rico; this offer is void where restricted or prohibited by law.
  • The Program benefits are nontransferable.
  • This offer is not conditioned on any past, present, or future purchase, including additional doses of KIMMTRAK.
  • The Program is not insurance.
  • Immunocore reserves the right to terminate, rescind, revoke, or amend this offer at any time without notice.

What is the most important information I should know about KIMMTRAK?

KIMMTRAK can cause serious side effects that can be severe or life threatening and usually happen within the first three infusions, including:

  • Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS). Symptoms of CRS may include:
    • fever
    • tiredness or weakness
    • vomiting
    • chills
    • nausea
    • low blood pressure
    • dizziness and light-headedness
    • headache
    • wheezing and trouble breathing
    • rash

Tell your healthcare provider right away if you get any of these symptoms. Your healthcare provider will check for these problems during treatment with KIMMTRAK. Your healthcare provider may temporarily stop or completely stop your treatment with KIMMTRAK if you have severe side effects.

Before receiving KIMMTRAK, tell your healthcare provider about all of your medical conditions, including if you:

  • are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. KIMMTRAK may harm your unborn baby. Tell your healthcare provider if you become pregnant during treatment with KIMMTRAK.For females who are able to become pregnant:
    • Your healthcare provider should do a pregnancy test before you start treatment with KIMMTRAK.
    • Use an effective form of birth control during treatment with KIMMTRAK and for at least 1 week after the last dose of KIMMTRAK.
  • are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed. It is not known if KIMMTRAK passes into your breast milk. Do not breastfeed during the treatment with KIMMTRAK and for at least 1 week after the last dose of KIMMTRAK.

Tell your healthcare provider about all medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.

KIMMTRAK can cause other serious side effects, including:
  • Skin reactions. KIMMTRAK may cause skin reactions that require treatment. Tell your healthcare provider if you get symptoms of skin reactions—such as rash, itching, or skin swelling—that are severe and do not go away.
  • Abnormal liver blood tests. Your healthcare provider will do blood tests to check your liver before you start KIMMTRAK and during treatment with KIMMTRAK. Tell your healthcare provider if you get symptoms of liver problems such as right-sided abdominal pain or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
The most common side effects of KIMMTRAK include:
  • cytokine release syndrome (CRS)
  • rash
  • fever
  • itching
  • tiredness
  • nausea
  • chills
  • stomach pain
  • swelling
  • low blood pressure (symptoms may
    include dizziness or light-headedness)
  • dry skin
  • headache
  • vomiting
  • abnormal liver blood tests
